Zentangle® is a relaxing, easy-to-learn, and enjoyable way to create beautiful images using structured patterns. This unique meditative drawing process offers numerous benefits, including enhanced focus, creativity, self-confidence, and overall well-being.

Join Valeria Rienzi, CZT, for a two-hour introductory class where you'll learn the fundamentals of the Zentangle® Method. Through step-by-step guided instruction, you'll explore its core principles, basic strokes, and the process of creating your own Zentangle® tile in a supportive and engaging environment.

If you're seeking a creative and meditative practice that nurtures both mind and soul, the Zentangle® Method provides the perfect opportunity to relax, express yourself, and experience the joy of mindful drawing. This class is designed for adults of all skill levels, including those with no prior creative experience. All materials will be provided.

About the instructor: Meet Valeria Rienzi CZT – A Guide to Creativity, Mindfulness, and Well-Being.

Valeria Rienzi is a passionate teacher dedicated to helping others cultivate balance and creativity through art, meditation, and self-discovery. Originally from Argentina, she moved to the United States in 2021, bringing over a decade of experience as a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher and Floral Therapist.

During the pandemic, Valeria discovered the Zentangle® Method and was profoundly inspired by its ability to calm the mind and ignite creativity. This practice became a source of strength during her transition to a new life in the U.S., ultimately leading her to become a certified Zentangle® teacher in 2022.

Today, she shares this transformative method through classes at various institutions, in her studio, and online. With a warm and welcoming approach, she makes Zentangle® accessible to everyone—no artistic experience required, just an open mind and a willingness to explore the creative process.

Directions to the location:

The Lehoux Art gift shop/gallery space is located at 1662 Post Road in Wells, Maine within Abenaki Professional Park. As you enter the campus, follow the drive around the left side to the parking lot behind the rear building (Building B). Once parked, follow the brick walkway to the center of the building and go through the door with the Lehoux Art sign above it. The door to the shop is directly on the right as you enter the building.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, please contact Danielle at danielle@lehouxart.com ASAP so that we have the ability to fill your spot with another student. You will receive a credit toward a future workshop. If you are sick or feel like you may be coming down with something, please stay home. There are no refunds once the workshop begins. In the event that Lehoux Art cancels this workshop, you will receive a 100% refund in the same form as the original payment was made or choose to be issued a credit towards a future class. Any credits must be used within one year of issue.
